The staff was 100 % amazing ! They went out of their way to make sure we were well. The lady administrator was great, and Filomena at the kitchen was very attentive. The people at the check in desk were very good. The whole staff was absolutely very polite, courteous and much pro-active to make sure our satisfactions at the hotel were what we met. Even thought the hotel is old and needs a lot of improvements the very positive actitude form the manager her staff made a difference. Our gratitude to ech one of them. A positive suggestion to the whole staff: DO NO CHANGE YOUR PERSONALITIES, YOU ALL WERE SUPER NICE !!! Our very warm regards to each one of you. Edmundo Deshon

The location is great, near historic buildings, walking distance to Getsemani (15 minutes), close to the port (10 minutes) if you're going to Rosario Islands. The hotel itself has a lot of charm (wood and plants), the staff was very helpful and allowed us to leave stuff in their storage when we went to Rosario for a couple of days. The little balcony was cute. We arrived by taxi, which probably takes longer than walking due to the foot traffic. We did a city tour and we found out the meaning of the name of the hotel.

The hotel itself is traditional and atypical of Colombia. It was an oasis of calmness from the historical city jungle and a shelter. The room was spacious and the vintage touch goes with the experience. If you are expecting a luxurious designed hotel thia one is not for you. I loved the decoration, the flowered walls, the terrace with the view on the San Catalina cathedral, the pool, the staff is warm and willing to help. I wanted to stay longer This hotel has a charm Definitely.

The staff, particularly Anthony, Cyra and Angie were very helpful when we needed advice or reservations on a number of occasions. The hotel is very well located with many good restaurants nearby as well as the major tourist destinations. The breakfast on the roof terrace was delightful and the workers very kind. Felt like you were being taken care of in a private home.

This is an old hotel with very historic feel. Loved that feature! Lovely old railings and balconies with flowering vines galore! It is centrally located in the old city so very much a part of the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was good. Staff was the best. Always ready to help.
